Terms
Pay to Be #1 is a single public ranking of X accounts ordered by the amount paid. The highest confirmed payment is #1. There is nothing else to it.
What you are paying for
A position on this ranking, for as long as nobody pays more. Positions are not permanent and are not guaranteed for any length of time. Anyone may pay more than you at any moment and take your position.
How a position is decided
A payment only counts once it is confirmed by our payment processor. To take #1, a payment must exceed the current highest confirmed amount. If the ranking moves past your amount before your payment is confirmed, your position is not granted and your payment is refunded in full, automatically.
Refunds
Payments that fail to secure the position they were made for are refunded automatically. Beyond that, payments are final: being overtaken later is the normal outcome of the ranking, not a fault, and is not refundable.
Accounts and content
You may only submit an X account you own or are authorised to represent. Public profile information — display name, username and avatar — is shown on the ranking. We may remove any entry that is impersonating someone, unlawful, or abusive, and refund it.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to X Corp.
